Job summary

Airgas, an Air Liquide company, seeks an Account Manager - Retail in Dallas, TX to cultivate high-value partnerships and drive growth in a defined territory. You will nurture existing accounts and identify new opportunities, aligning Airgas solutions to customer operations and margins.

As a consultative partner, you’ll coordinate product lines, conduct business reviews, and engage key stakeholders to add value and support sustainable growth while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (AA or AS) or two-year college, or equivalent experience.
• Previous industry experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts (discounts, commissions, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Advance territory growth by nurturing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.
• Serve as consultative partner to integrate Airgas solutions.
• Coordinate account reviews and manage milestones to ensure margins and growth.
