Job summary

SERVPRO Team Friermuth is seeking a Restoration Supervisor/Crew Chief to coordinate production, supervise technicians, and ensure top-tier customer service on restoration projects. This role requires driving responsibilities, adherence to safety protocols, and strong communication with project management.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in restoration or related fields, a high school diploma or GED, and be prepared for an on-call rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Rotating on-call schedule availability.
• Experience in commercial cleaning/restoration/construction preferred.
• IICRC certification is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
• Follow OSHA guidelines for job safety.
• Protect and maintain equipment and materials.
• Coach and train restoration technicians.
