Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews, ensuring operational excellence on front-line teams. You will coordinate scopes, estimates, and client communications while managing resources and expenses.

The role requires supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and 3+ years in the restoration field; IICRC certification is preferred. Growth opportunities exist within a supportive franchised network.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma/GED; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of industry experience.
• IICRC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates using computer hardware and proprietary software.
• Negotiate customer approval of project scope and estimate.
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources including subcontractors.
• Review job site documentation to support services and billing.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets.
• Manage customer experience and overall satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Provide priority response to potential customers.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.
