Job summary

Servpro Industries, Inc. is seeking a Restoration Crew Chief to coordinate and perform restoration work on projects, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will supervise technicians, manage materials, communicate progress to the project team, and uphold SERVPRO’s Here to Help commitment. The role requires a valid driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of restoration or construction experience; IICRC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
• Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety.
• Coach and train restoration technicians.
• Perform labor activities.
