Servpro Industries, Inc. is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to assign, coordinate, and perform work on restoration projects, ensuring service needs are met and customers are satisfied. As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, you will demonstrate the Here to Help commitment.

You will lead Technicians, manage safety, maintain records, and coordinate with the restoration manager and office staff. This full-time role requires physical stamina and flexibility, with local travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• Experience in a supervisor role preferred.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate restoration projects and supervise technicians.
• Ensure safety and quality control on job sites.
• Maintain detailed job files and documentation.
• Communicate project progress to management and customers.
• Oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Provide training and coaching to restoration technicians.
• Drive a strong customer experience aligned with brand standards.
• Identify and manage hazards and risk controls.
• Manage labor and consumable usage on projects.
• Travel and scheduling as needed.
