Job summary

SERVPRO of Monterey Peninsula is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to coordinate restoration projects, supervise technicians, and ensure high-quality customer service on site in California.

Ideal candidates have a valid license, at least 1 year of restoration/construction experience, and are willing to comply with OSHA safety standards. IICRC certification is a bonus. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• IICRC certification is a plus, not required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform restoration production as scheduled with quality control.
• Manage customer and client experience and online reviews.
• Supervise restoration technicians and communicate expectations.
• Document detailed and accurate job files for services provided.
• Manage labor and consumables on assigned projects.
• Coordinate with project manager and office staff on progress and issues.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and protect assets.
