Job summary

Servpro of Vacaville/Fairfield/Davis/West Sacramento is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to oversee all aspects of restoration projects and crews, driving operational excellence.

You will be responsible for estimating scopes of work, coordinating resources, and ensuring client satisfaction while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of management experience, 3 years in the industry, and a valid license; IICRC certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of industry experience.
• IICRC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews.
• Prepare estimates and scope of work using computer hardware and proprietary software.
• Negotiate project scope and approvals with customers.
• Schedule crews, coordinate resources, and manage subcontractors.
• Maintain communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurers.
• Monitor production expenses and assets.
• Recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.
