Job summary

Servpro of Worcester is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to coordinate, monitor, and perform work on restoration projects, ensuring a positive customer experience and high-quality results. As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, you will supervise technicians, manage safety, control costs and communicate progress to the project manager and office staff.

Requires a valid driver’s license and 1+ year of restoration-related experience; IICRC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license must be maintained.
• IICRC certification is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
• Follow OSHA guidelines for job safety.
• Protect and manage assets by handling equipment and materials properly.
• Coach and train restoration technicians.

Education

High school diploma/GED (preferred)

IICRC certification
