Job summary

ServiceMaster RRH is seeking a Project Manager to oversee field restoration activities, including drying, demolition, and restoration work. You will guide crews, ensure safety and quality, and communicate with customers to explain processes and next steps.

The role requires basic construction knowledge, strong customer service, and the ability to train staff. Proficiency with Xactimate is preferred, with on-site responsibilities across residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Experience leading small teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve work orders and load equipment for jobs.
• Complete jobs according to processes and budget.
• Monitor active jobs and communicate with customers.
• Create estimates in Xactimate.
• Train technicians and support crew.
