Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration Services is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead post-disaster restoration projects, inspect new jobs, determine action plans, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to standards. This role requires coordinating internal teams and external resources to deliver complete loss resolutions.

You will guide field technicians, manage documentation, and write competed estimates using Xactimate.

Qualifications

• 1 year of management or disaster restoration industry experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of restoration industry standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain scope management processes across projects.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for project execution.
• Provide on-site leadership guiding technicians on losses.
• Complete documentation for losses including sketches and estimates.
• Develop partnerships with third‑party resources and customers.
• Assign and monitor resources for project efficiency.
• Escalate issues per the project work plan to management.
• Participate in on‑call rotations as needed.
• Develop estimates using Xactimate or similar tools.
• Adapt to rotating on‑call schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
