Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration Services is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead restoration projects after disasters. You will inspect, plan, monitor, and adjust actions to meet standards while coordinating internal teams and external partners.

The role requires 1 year in management or disaster restoration, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to work in field and office settings. Travel to active job sites is common; PPE and safety are emphasized throughout.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a management role or in the disaster restoration industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Analytical thinking with ability to interpret data and assessments.
• High emotional intelligence and effective communication.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Familiar with industry standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project scope, quality, and performance standards.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for project execution.
• Provide on-site guidance to technicians completing losses.
• Document losses with sketches and scope sheets for estimates.
• Develop partnerships with third‑party resources and adjusters.
• Allocate resources to maximize efficiency and deliverables.
• Report outcomes and risks to management per project plan.
• Participate in on‑call rotation as required.
• Prepare competed estimates using Xactimate or similar tools.
• Adapt to rotating on-call schedules.
