Job summary

ServiceMaster Dynamic Cleaning is seeking a Project Manager to lead field restoration activities, coordinate with customers, and supervise technicians to ensure drying, demolition and restoration tasks meet company standards.

You will create estimates in Xactimate, review documentation, and explain processes to clients in person, over the phone, or virtually while maintaining strong communication with adjusters and insurance providers.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of insurance restoration and/or construction.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Able to work independently or lead a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience managing two or more technicians.
• Experience with data entry on a tablet or mobile device.
• Certifications preferred: ASD, FSRT, OCT, WRT.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves work orders, checks travel routes, loads required equipment and arrives at job site.
• Completes assigned jobs per company processes and maintains quality within budget.
• Monitors active residential/commercial jobs and communicates with customers.
• Maintains records of personnel and resources; communicates billable events.
• May create estimates using applicable software.
• Inspects and scopes jobs onsite with PM/crew chief/lead tech.
• Documents losses with photos and uploads to the system.
• May write mitigation/reconstruction estimates using Xactimate.
• Communicates key information on the job using required software notes.
• Estimates using carrier audit standards and coordinates with client feedback.
• Explains drying process and next steps to customers with printed guides.
• Interfaces with adjusters and customers in person, by phone, and virtually.
• May conduct QA inspections and obtain customer signatures; requests payments when needed.
• Prepares documentation and photos to support insurance reimbursements.
• May train new technicians or key team members.
