ServiceMaster Premier Restoration Services is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects. You will drive from scope to completion, coordinating subcontractors, equipment, and materials while maintaining safety and profits.

You will work with insurance companies to set costs, manage communications with customers, and ensure timely documentation and reporting. The role demands leadership, organization, and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect property damage including fire, water, mold, wind, hail and other claims.
• Coordinate with insurers on costs and scope of work.
• Maintain project profitability and service levels.
• Manage project from start to finish: scope, materials, budgets, and reports.
• Supervise site personnel and subcontractors for quality and safety.
• Ensure workmanship meets industry standards.
• Maintain clear communication with customers.
• Follow OSHA, environmental, and building codes; obtain permits as needed.
• Meet all deadlines for documentation and reporting.
• Present a professional image to clients and teams.
