Job summary

Servpro Industries, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to manage and complete restoration projects per SERVPRO processes. You will set up job flow, coordinate requirements, document work, supervise production, and monitor jobs from start to finish.

You will lead production technicians, develop clear scoping, and ensure safety and quality on site while maintaining excellent customer service and communications with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple jobs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete jobs per SERVPRO processes and work orders.
• Set up and establish efficient job flow, coordinate requirements, and document work.
• Supervise production work and monitor jobs from start to finish.
• Enforce safety procedures on the job site and resolve issues quickly.
• Develop accurate job scoping and submit supporting documents.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and clear expectations.
• Maintain clean vehicles, equipment, and work areas.
