Job summary

ServiceMaster RRH in Arizona is seeking a Restoration Construction Project Manager to oversee field projects from kickoff to completion. You will conduct site inspections, manage budgets, coordinate schedules, and communicate with customers throughout the rebuild process.

The role requires at least 2 years in construction, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Xactimate is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are required.
• Minimum of 2 years of construction experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving history.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical job site inspections and communicate with customers regarding the rebuild process.
• Develop project budgets based on approved estimates and scopes of work.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and project coordinators to provide timely updates.
• Manage the production schedules of subcontractors and trades.
• Understand processes related to supplements or change orders and facilitate communications.
• Read and comprehend scopes of work; Xactimate experience is preferred.
• Navigate the permit process and understand building plans and inspections.
• Complete projects on time and within budget while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors.
• Adhere to established job management procedures and contribute to process improvements.
