Job summary

ServiceMaster is seeking an SRM Supervisor to coordinate nationwide restoration projects, manage field crews, ensure safety compliance, and drive project progress. The role involves direct field work, communication with project leaders, and ensuring quality results across sites.

The ideal candidate will lead teams, monitor safety practices, perform equipment checks, and document project status while maintaining strong customer service standards and adherence to company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Company driving requirements.
• Working knowledge of restoration operations, equipment, moisture mapping and monitoring, containment, water extraction, and basic selective demolition.
• Ability to lead and coordinate field crews, including technicians and temporary labor, and to maintain quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
• Ability to recognize jobsite hazards, communicate safety concerns, and consistently enforce required PPE and safety practices.
• Ability to complete field documentation accurately and use common business apps (Outlook/Excel/Word/Drive).
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project needs.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at jobsites on time in SRM uniform and PPE.
• Review daily assignments with APM/PM and align on priorities.
• Direct and coordinate field crews and labor; monitor productivity and quality.
• Enforce safety practices and PPE use at all times.
• Inspect work areas for hazards; complete Field Risk Assessments.
• Organize work areas, supplies, and equipment for efficient operations.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions through established channels.
• Document progress with photos and records; maintain in company systems.
• Perform demolition and restoration tasks as needed to support completion.
• Maintain clean, safe workplaces and vehicle condition.
• Communicate project status and needs to APM/PM promptly.
• Complete daily paperwork, time/expense records accurately.
• Provide professional, responsive service to customers and represent the company.
