Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of insurance restoration and construction industries.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lead a team and manage 2+ technicians.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer service focus.
• Experience creating estimates in Xactimate.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Willingness to work on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve work orders and prepare for field tasks.
• Lead job execution including drying, demolition and restoration activities.
• Prepare and review documentation with photos and notes.
• Create estimates in Xactimate using program guidelines.
• Communicate with customers and adjusters in person, over the phone, and virtually.
• Train new technicians as needed.
• Ensure quality control within budget and timelines.
