Emergency Restoration Experts (ERX) is hiring a full-time Project Manager Repairs to pursue and cultivate strong professional relationships with customers. You will address customer concerns and ensure resolution, guiding the team as needed.

The role requires managing projects, effective communication with homeowners and insurers, and providing metrics on revenue, costs, and workload. Travel to sites is involved, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of MS Office and CRM Software.
• Knowledge of the Restoration and Construction industries is preferred.
• Experience in business development, marketing, or sales.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Project Manager Repairs are responsible for managing projects to provide customer service for our customers and support and direct the team as needed.
• Project Manager Repairs are responsible for effectively communicating with homeowners and insurance adjusters.
• Project Manager Repairs acts as secondary representative to clients.
• Project Manager Repairs provides metrics on revenue, costs, collections, and workload.
