Job summary

Emergency Restoration Experts (ERX) is seeking a full‑time Project Manager Repairs to lead and coordinate restoration projects, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure timely, quality outcomes for homeowners and insurers. The role requires managing projects, communicating with homeowners and adjusters, and acting as the client-facing representative while tracking revenue and workload.

Candidates should have industry knowledge and the ability to travel to job sites, including evenings

Qualifications

• CRM software and MS Office proficiency required.
• Experience in Restoration and Construction industries preferred.
• Proven ability in business development, marketing, or sales.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects to deliver excellent customer service and coordinate with team.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and insurance adjusters.

Description

We are looking to hire a full‑time Project Manager Repairs that will pursue and cultivate strong professional relationships with customers. Project Manager Repairs are responsible for professionally and effectively addressing customer concerns and follow through to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Project Manager Repairs are responsible for managing projects to provide customer service for our customers and support and direct the team as needed.
• Project Manager Repairs are responsible for effectively communicating with homeowners and insurance adjusters.
• Project Manager Repairs acts as secondary representative to clients.
• Project Manager Repairs provides metrics on revenue, costs, collections, and workload.

Requirements

• Project Manager Repairs are responsible for all collections on projects.
• Attend weekly WIP meetings.
• Project Manager Repairs ensure subcontractor invoices are turned in upon completion of their work.
• Excellent command of MS Office and CRM Software.
• Knowledge of the Restoration and Construction industries is preferred.
• Experience in business development, marketing, or sales.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license.
