The role requires managing projects, communicating with homeowners and adjusters, and acting as the client-facing representative while tracking revenue and workload.

Candidates should have industry knowledge and the ability to travel to job sites, including evenings

Qualifications

• CRM software and MS Office proficiency required.
• Experience in Restoration and Construction industries preferred.
• Proven ability in business development, marketing, or sales.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects to deliver excellent customer service and coordinate with team.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and insurance adjusters.
• Serve as a client-facing representative for projects.
• Provide metrics on revenue, costs, collections, and workload.
