Job summary

Emergency Restoration Experts, LLC. in Kernersville, NC is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business with commercial clients.

You will manage inside and outside sales, build relationships, and lead generation through networking, social media, and trade associations. This role focuses on expanding ERX’s restoration and construction services, coordinating with partners, presenting proposals, and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related experience.
• 3+ years outside sales experience in restoration or construction preferred.
• Must attend networking functions 2–4 evenings per week.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and expand existing business relationships to increase lead generation and sales revenue.
• Locate, present to, and sell ERX restoration and construction services to new and prospective clients.
• Maintain membership and involvement in targeted associations and achieve significant committee/leadership positions.
• Support all ERX Sales efforts by following up on leads and pending estimates.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and ERX MSA program.
• Achieve 100 commercial contacts per week with clients and prospects via meetings, events, phone, social media, email, etc.
• Document and track leads and business development activities in the CRM.
