ERX247 is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support project teams in residential and commercial restoration. You will work closely with a Project Manager, learning budgeting, work orders, material procurement, and customer communication while gaining hands-on field experience.

This developmental role emphasizes structured training and progressive responsibility to build the full skill set needed to manage projects independently, with on-site learning and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience – High School Diploma or GED required; eagerness to learn preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review job files, scopes of work, estimates, and diaries to understand project objectives.
• Assist with pre-visit preparation, including review of loss details and documentation.
• Learn budgeting and cost components for project development and tracking.
• Support work order creation and maintenance for budget accuracy.
• Coordinate material ordering and payment processes.
• Assist in vendor selection and schedule management for timely deliveries.
• Support the Project Manager with communication to homeowners and internal teams.
• Learn to track job progress from initiation to completion and document outcomes.
