SERVPRO of Roanoke, Montgomery, and Pulaski is seeking a Project Coordinator to support estimators and project managers, ensuring projects stay organized and on schedule. You will liaise with customers, insurers, vendors, and field crews from the office to maintain momentum and quality of service.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer-focused communication, with opportunities for professional certification and growth within the SERVPRO team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience in restoration, cleaning, or insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Estimators and Project Managers and coordinate multiple projects.
• Maintain clear communication among office, field teams, customers, insurers, and vendors.
• Prepare preliminary service estimates and review for accuracy.
• Handle contracts, invoices, submittals, estimates, change orders, and closeouts.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Assist with billing information and collections as needed.
• Provide timely project status updates to stakeholders.
