SERVPRO Franchise is seeking a detailed Restoration Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator to keep projects moving from start to finish. You will coordinate schedules, vendors, customers, and resources, ensuring timely communication and update accuracy across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for restoration projects.
• Schedule and communicate with vendors, subcontractors, plumbers, and debris removal companies.
• Coordinate and track contents pack-outs, storage, deliveries, and move-backs.
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and project updates.
• Inform Project Managers, Technicians, Accounting and others of needs and updates.
• Track outstanding services, vendor commitments, and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate project information in scheduling systems.
• Document calls and updates so the team understands status.
• Identify issues and follow through to resolution.
• Assist other departments to keep projects moving forward.
