Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking a detail‑oriented project coordinator in Perkasie, PA to support customer service and manage the customer experience. You will assist PMs, schedule inspections, track documents, and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and insurers to align scope, estimates, and timelines.

Ideal candidates bring a solid customer service record, basic math skills, and experience in restoration or construction. This role offers benefits and growth within a nationwide franchise network.

Qualifications

• Must have superb customer service and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of restoration or construction processes is required.
• Experience working with insurance and adjusters is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer service and management of the customer experience.
• Monitor and ensure client and TPA requirements are followed.
• Assist with scheduling all warranty activities.
• Enter lead/jobs into the operating system and ensure accuracy of project data.
• Schedule initial visits with customers and educate them on processes.
• Review project files and ensure scope and estimates are complete.
• Coordinate with PMs on scope, estimates, and approvals.
• Maintain communication with customers and clients.
