SERVPRO Team McCabe is hiring a Restoration Job Coordinator to support fire and water damage recovery efforts in Bucks County, PA. You will monitor job file status, ensure client requirements are followed, and create preliminary estimates to support the audit trail.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of administrative experience, strong communication, excels under pressure, and can learn Xactimate and our proprietary software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or office-related experience.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in tense situations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and ability to learn Xactimate and proprietary software.
• Experience in service industry environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor job file status and WIP's.
• Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed.
• Review and validate initial documentation.
• Create preliminary estimates and prepare job file reports.
• Maintain internal and external communications.
• Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and audit.
• Perform job close-out.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Manage Tech scheduling.
• After-hours on-call phone rotation participation
