SERVPRO of Bear/New Castle/Upper Darby is looking for a Restoration Estimator / Project Coordinator to manage and estimate restoration projects efficiently. The candidate will inspect property damage, create detailed estimates, and coordinate with production teams to ensure project completion.

This role requires strong communication and customer service skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects. Experience in restoration and proficiency with Xactimate are preferred. Join a team that values urgency and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Understanding of water mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, and emergency services.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential and commercial property damage losses.
• Create estimates using Xactimate and other industry software.
• Communicate job expectations and timelines to crews.
• Maintain accurate job files and documentation.
