On-site management and subcontractor coordination are central to success. The ideal candidate has a PMP or strong project-management background, proven construction leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred PMP certification.
• Previous construction management experience is required.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure customer and client satisfaction.
• Monitor volume of work and project profitability in DASH.
• Develop departmental budgets for General Manager or Owner approval.
• Assist in finding and vetting subcontractors and manage field QA checks.
• Manage all aspects of the construction division and daily operations.
