Job summary

SERVPRO of Upper Bucks, NW Hunterdon County is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead restoration projects and ensure top quality and safety. You will be the front-line representative, driving customer satisfaction and adherence to the Here to Help® standard.

You’ll coordinate restoration tasks, manage technicians, document work, and support hiring and training. A competitive pay rate with potential overtime and advancement is offered, along with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication with basic math and computer skills.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction. Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Thoroughly document restoration projects to support the services provided.
• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control; this is a labor intensive position.
• Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers; follow and oversee safe work practices.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects; protect and use equipment and materials properly.
• Assist with hiring as well as coach and train restoration technicians.
