SERVPRO Team McCabe is seeking a Restoration Job File Coordinator to support our restoration projects. This role focuses on meticulous file management, client coordination, and timely documentation to help fires and water damage repairs proceed smoothly.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of multi-tasking, and proficient with Google Workspace and Xactimate. This full-time on-site position offers health benefits and growth opportunities within a nationwide franchise network.

Qualifications

• 2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in tense situations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor job file status and WIP's.
• Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed.
• Review and validate initial documentation.
• Create preliminary estimates and prepare job file reports.
• Maintain internal and external communications.
• Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and audit.
• Perform job close-out.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Manage Tech scheduling.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
