SERVPRO Team McCabe is seeking a Restoration Job File Coordinator to join our franchise in Perkasie, PA. You will monitor job files, create preliminary estimates, and maintain communication with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely documentation.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of administrative experience, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
• Experience with writing estimates and job file processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor job file status and WIP's.
• Review and validate initial documentation.
• Create preliminary estimates and prepare job file reports.
• Maintain internal and external communications.
• Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and audit.
• Perform job close-out.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Manage scheduling for technicians.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
