Job summary

SERVPRO Team McCabe is seeking a Restoration Job File Coordinator in the Bucks County/Perkasie area. The role focuses on administering job files, preparing estimates, and maintaining communications with clients to uphold service standards during fire and water damage restoration.

The candidate should be detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced team environment. Hours are typical business times with potential overtime and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or office experience.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate® and proprietary software.
• Experience with writing estimates, job file processes, and quality assurance a plus.
• Experience in service industry environment a plus.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Monitor job file status and WIP's.
• Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed.
• Review and validate initial documentation.
• Create preliminary estimates and prepare job file reports.
• Maintain internal and external communications.
• Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and the audit process.
• Perform job close-out.
• Assist other departments, as needed.
• After-hours on call phone rotation participation.
