Job summary

Servpro Industries, Inc. is seeking a project/operations coordinator to support customer experiences and manage restoration projects in Bucks County, PA. You will handle scheduling, documentation, and communication across customers, PMs, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires strong customer service, insurance coordination, and the ability to manage multiple tasks per project, keeping all parties informed and compliant with requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction is required.
• Experience working with insurance and adjusters is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills needed.
• Intermediate math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer service and management of the customer experience.
• Monitor and ensure client and TPA requirements are followed.
• Assist with scheduling all warranty activities.
• Enter lead/jobs into the operating system and verify project information.
• Schedule initial PM visits with customers.
• Educate customers on process and next steps.
• Review and validate project file documentation.
• Confirm that PM scope of work is complete.
• Maintain customer and client communications.
• Support PMs to align on scope and estimates.
• Ensure all paperwork is complete with customer and client.
• Distribute estimates to relevant parties.
• Interface with subcontractors for availability and signup new subs.
• Issue POs based on project budget and permits.
• Schedule inspections with building departments.
• Update budgets and project timeline.
• Prepare project reports and maintain WIP.
