Job summary

BELFOR USA Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Estimator to develop and manage residential, commercial, and industrial estimates using Xactimate. Role involves client meetings, budget review, and timely delivery from scope creation to completion.

The position requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of building codes, and experience with BELFOR estimation standards. Expect a fast-paced environment with extensive collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Construction, Restoration or Contents Estimating.
• Residential estimates >$50,000 and Commercial up to $100,000.
• BELFOR Estimating Platform Level 1 & 2 certs; Xactimate Intermediate training.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate scopes with minimal over/under estimates.
• Create floor plans and multi-level/roof sketches in Xactimate Sketch.
• Know and apply local building codes.
• Develop budgets and manage overages.
• Use BELFOR naming standards for estimates, proposals and change orders.
• Maintain schedules and coordinate with trades to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate containment, decontamination and demolition techniques as needed.
• Participate in BELFOR University training for certification readiness.
• Independently manage own work and maintain vehicle readiness.
• Complete incident reporting timely.
• Communicate with clients and management on progress.
