The role emphasizes accurate scopes, adherence to BELFOR formats, and ongoing training through BELFOR University to advance within the estimator levels. Strong communication and customer service are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate scopes and budgets with minimal over/under-scopes.
• Prepare floor plans and roof sketches in Xactimate Sketch.
• Maintain schedules and coordinate with trades to meet timelines.
• Demonstrate proficiency with decontamination and containment techniques.
• Prepare estimates using BELFOR standard formats and participate in training.
