ServiceMaster Restore 2775 - Metairie in the Baton Rouge area seeks an experienced General Manager to lead all restoration operations, from field execution to financial performance, reporting to ownership.

You will oversee water, fire, mold, pack out, and reconstruction projects, drive KPIs, manage budgets, and coordinate with TPAs and contractors while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in restoration leadership roles
• Experience with TPA programs and contractors
• Proven ability to manage budgets and read P&L statements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restoration projects: water, fire, mold, pack out, reconstruction
• Optimize workflows, scheduling, and service processes; monitor KPIs
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, fleet, and equipment readiness
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping across services
• Lead storm-event mobilization and emergency response planning
• Ensure jobs are on-time, on-budget, and compliant with IICRC and safety standards
• Maintain safe, compliant work environment on all sites
• Review project delivery and financial performance; implement corrective actions
