Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional restoration experience.
• Strong knowledge of IICRC S500/S520 standards.
• IICRC ASD certification preferred; additional certifications are a plus.
• Ability to read plans and manage large-loss projects.
• Willingness to travel and respond to emergencies.
• Valid driver's license and physical capability for restoration work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restoration operations across water, mold, fire and reconstruction projects.
• Supervise Project Managers, estimators, technicians, and production teams.
• Step into the field to perform or direct advanced restoration work and large-loss projects.
• Develop scopes, drying plans, and determine equipment, labor, and resource needs.
• Ensure safety, quality, documentation, and profitable project outcomes.
• Recruit, train, coach, and hold team members accountable to standards.
