Take ownership of your building and play a vital role in operations, sales & marketing, profit and loss, and training.

The position offers a starting salary of $85,000 plus benefits and a bonus structure based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of residential/commercial restoration experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• IICRC certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel across North Central Florida.
• Strong communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and control branch activities and staff.
• Monitor goals and financial performance of projects.
• Forecast revenue and manage budgets to meet goals.
• Collaborate with Sales for project proposals and handoffs.
• Improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain documentation and correspondence.
• Develop relationships with customers, contractors, and trade personnel.
• Coach and develop team; ensure training and certifications.
• Adhere to safety standards and codes.
