Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration seeks a Mitigation/Restoration Project Manager in Baton Rouge to lead water, fire, mold, and storm damage projects from kickoff to close. You will prepare scopes, manage resources, and ensure timelines, budgets, and quality align with standards.

You will interact with property owners, insurance representatives, and internal teams, delivering clear updates and maintaining profitability. A strong background in restoration management and relevant software is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher education is preferred for project oversight.
• PM experience in restoration, construction, or mitigation is required.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities are essential.
• Proficiency with restoration estimating tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee restoration projects from start to finish.
• Develop scopes of work and estimates using approved pricing guidelines.
• Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors for scheduling.
• Monitor progress with site inspections and documentation.
• Maintain communication with owners, insurers, and internal teams.
• Review costs, invoices, and change orders to protect profitability.
• Lead coordination meetings and training for field staff.
