SERVPRO of Portland is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to support scheduling Restoration Managers and coordinating equipment pickups for customer jobs. The role emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and efficient communication in a fast-paced office setting.

Responsibilities include dispatching managers, maintaining schedules, handling inquiries, data entry, and cross-department collaboration to ensure timely restoration services for clients in the Portland area.

Qualificações

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of customer service and/or office-related experience preferred.
• Prior dispatch experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of local geographic area is preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications is required.

Responsabilidades

• Dispatch and schedule Restoration Managers to incoming leads.
• Review and maintain scheduling for equipment pickups.
• Schedule pickup and returns of customer area rugs.
• Maintain logs of customer survey results.
• Perform detailed and accurate data entry.
• Handle incoming calls about past services and general inquiries.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
