Qualifications

• Prior dispatch experience preferred.
• Knowledge of local geographical area is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and schedule Restoration Managers to incoming leads.
• Review and maintain the scheduling for equipment pickups.
• Schedule pickup and returns of customer's area rugs.
• Keep log of customer survey results.
• Perform detailed and accurate data entry.
• Receive incoming calls about past services and follow ups on current projects.
• Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed.
