Job summary

SERVPRO Team Friermuth is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day on-site management of restoration projects in Washington. You will coordinate customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and staff to deliver quality workmanship on schedule and within budget.

The role requires strong communication, a high school diploma, and solid experience in restoration or construction; offers base salary plus commission, comprehensive benefits, and local travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Superb customer service track record.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compile and resolve punch list items.
• Perform final walk-through with customer.
• Secure a signed Completion of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction from customer.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings with customers.
• Provide project updates to customers and clients.
• Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers.
• Ensure all work performed complies with plans, codes, and scope.
• Document all project activities in the job file.
• Execute change orders.
• Maintain quality standards through site inspections.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Identify areas outside of contracted scope of work.
