Job summary

SERVPRO Team Marchese is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee restoration projects from pre-construction through completion. You will coordinate customers, project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and the internal production team to keep scope, timelines, and quality on track.

The role requires strong organization, dependable performance, and clear communication with customers and suppliers. You will manage multiple projects and priorities and ensure safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous construction/restoration experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-construction meetings with customers and project team members.
• Establish project expectations, timelines, and communication standards.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, material suppliers, and inspections.
• Monitor project schedules and overall progress.
• Identify potential delays or issues and take action to keep projects moving.
• Ensure materials are ordered and delivered according to project requirements.
• Verify subcontractors complete work according to purchase orders and approved scope.
• Identify work outside contracted scope and communicate change orders.
• Prepare and execute approved change orders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and job files.
• Provide regular project updates and daily narratives as required.
