Job summary

SERVPRO Team CHG in Farmington, MO is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to supervise field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and keep projects moving on schedule across multiple sites.

You will act as the on-site liaison for Project Managers, ensure quality and safety standards are met, conduct site inspections, and build strong relationships with customers. Travel between job sites and prioritize timely, professional delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on field construction experience.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience as Foreman or similar.
• Strong understanding of residential/commercial construction and restoration.
• Ability to manage multiple active sites and ensure safety and quality.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial site inspections and assist with job scoping.
• Serve as on-site representative for Project Managers.
• Monitor progress to meet quality standards.
• Supervise subcontractors on active job sites.
• Communicate updates with Project Managers.
• Perform regular site visits across projects.
• Complete punch lists and minor tasks as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with standards.
• Build positive relationships with customers and subs.
