Job summary

SERVPRO Team Friermuth is seeking a Restoration Supervisor/Crew Chief to lead on-site restoration projects and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish.

You will coordinate production activities, supervise technicians, and maintain safety and quality standards while communicating progress to the project manager and client, with emphasis on timely, high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in commercial cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
