Job summary

SERVPRO Team Friermuth in Washington seeks a Restoration Manager to lead fire/water cleanup efforts and oversee customer satisfaction. You will coordinate projects with customers, subcontractors, and resource providers, ensuring high-quality service and a smooth customer experience.

The role requires strong communication, a background in mitigation/restoration, and the ability to supervise a team in challenging environments. Base salary plus commission is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have outstanding customer service track record.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.
• Experience in mitigation/restoration required.
• Xactimate knowledge helpful.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• PMI PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and sell restoration projects.
• Educate customers on restoration process.
• Identify and document project scope of work.
• Maintain regular customer and client communications.
• Review estimates and obtain client agreement on scope.
