Job summary

SERVPRO Team CHG in Missouri is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations across multiple job sites. You will act as the on-site representative for Project Managers, keep work on schedule, and ensure subcontractors meet quality standards.

Travel between active sites, conduct site inspections, resolve field issues, and maintain safety and organization while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on field construction experience.
• 2–3 years of leadership as Foreman or similar role preferred.
• Strong residential and commercial construction knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple active job sites and safety.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial site inspections and assist with job scoping.
• Serve as the on-site representative for Project Managers.
• Monitor progress to ensure work meets quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors on active job sites.
• Identify and resolve field issues before impact on completion.
• Communicate project updates to Project Managers.
