Job summary

SERVPRO Team Locandro is hiring a Construction Superintendent to lead restoration projects from pre-construction through completion. You will supervise subcontractors, secure consent and certificates, and ensure all work aligns with plans, codes, and client expectations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in dynamic environments. A PMP is preferred, and a clean driving record is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• PMP certification preferred; superb customer service track record.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Compile and resolve punch list items.
• Perform final walk-through with customer.
• Coordinate subcontractors and material suppliers.
• Ensure work complies with plans, codes, and scope.
• Document project activities and change orders.
• Set expectations and maintain quality through site inspections.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Validate schedule and identify areas outside contracted scope.
