Servpro Industries, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day management of construction projects and deliver high-quality service to customers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors on site in Washington.

You will lead pre-construction meetings, coordinate schedules, manage change orders, and ensure work adheres to plans, codes, and safety standards while maintaining quality and timely communication with clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service record.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compile and resolve punch list items.
• Perform final walk-through with customer.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and material suppliers.
• Ensure all work complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and scope of work.
• Document all project activities and progress in the job file.
• Execute change orders and manage schedules.
