Job summary

SERVPRO Team Marchese is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee restoration projects from start to finish. You’ll coordinate customers, project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and our internal team to ensure on-time delivery and quality within the approved scope.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills, able to manage multiple projects, and take ownership of results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction and reconstruction portion of restoration projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Coordinate customers, project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to stay on schedule and within scope.
• Maintain project documentation and daily narratives; provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings and establish timelines and communication standards.
• Inspect work quality, ensure compliance with plans and codes, and manage change orders.
